Day Eight

Well eventually I'll get with the fancy framing again, but since it is 10:42pm and I'm tired, I'll just throw up the pics and then later I'll re do them with frames and such... This day I chose to take a photo of 2 of my fave animals. Our dogs Boo and Gizmo. They are pure bred Chihuahua's and adorable. Gizmo is our male and the darker faced one and Boo is the female and our beautiful brindle and white girl. They are bother around 4 lbs each and tiny. They love to go everywhere with us and we do take them.

Day Seven

Well today I got a couple of unplanned things. Mark and I went with Derek to go get his new tattoo. While we were going i thought I'd bring a couple things i had been thinking about to get myself, just for a quote. Well they said it would be about $50 so guess what I ended up getting...



Yup!! 2 new tats of my own.. I got em on my wrists.. One for each of my daughters. It's their fave colors and their initials.

Day Six

Day six was originally intended to be of my fave part of my entertainment center, but I just couldn't get the right shot so I went with my fave wall thing. This is a photo of a painting that my father in-law painted just this past year. I think he does an awesome job and I can't wait to see what he's painted this go around while they've been in Florida. Everyone keeps telling him how awesome they are, but he always disagrees. I think he's crazy...

Days one thru five

Ok So I haven't done my day 6 photo yet, but I will. I just don't know what I want to do yet. For now here are Days 1 thru 5.

Day One:
Here is my youngest attempting to make a snowball and get it to roll in the snow without breaking. Her goal was to make a snowman since it was "Snow Man Snow", but after 20 minutes, she gave up and went to play with her friends.



Day Two:
My niece Anastasia Jewell was born this day at 12:33am. However because I didn't get to go see her until the next day, she became day 3's photo. The photo for day 2 is a photo of the scoreboard to the hockey game we went to. Dartmouth had just scored their first goal of the night and by the way the crowd cheered, you woulda thought they had won the game.


Day Three:
This day we went to check out the new baby. She is so precious. She has these cheeks that scream pinch me! She is my brother and his wifes last baby. They finally got their little girl. They also have 2 sons who are a year apart and amazingly they have the same birthday. It just happened that way. So here is Anastasia Jewell.


Day Four:
Back to the hospital again to see the new addition. You can never get enough of new babies. This time I got a shot of my 2 daughters with her. My mom loves this photo because it's all 3 of her grand-daughters. I really want to get one of all the grandchildren for her. I'll have to be doing that soon though because my brother and his wife are moving to Florida.



Day Five:
I didn't really know what to do so I saw my youngest running around in her costume that we had gotten for her to wear in a parade 2 years ago. She's a skinny little thing who fits into everything for a LONG time. So I pulled her aside and got out my special furry fleece and attempted to get a cute shot. I got like maybe 2 out of 15. It was also almost bedtime so I was tired and she was wiped out, but here it is..


And there ya have em... I will post day 6 as soon as I figure it out :)

Yes I am

Doing the challenge for 2010 that is! I've been taking my pictures like a good girl, but life is more demanding right now than normal and I haven't been able to fix em up and share em. That will hopefully end today. After all really the 365 challenge is about taking the photo's daily and so I'm good there! LOL Layouts will follow every week. When I get free time I will share I promise!

Slacked (no excuses)

Well I do have a few reasons. The biggest is my gram. I've spent every week at the hospital since my gram was admitted January 6th. That's gotten better, but we are facing it all again with her upcoming surgery. Then add sick kids, sick me, new puppy.. I just stopped wanting to do much of anything and I'm sorry... This weather hasn't been very photo inspiring either.. I can't wait for the snow to go and the heat to turn on!

Day 17 and 18 (a bit upset)

Well we've had a minor set back and I'm kinda mad! I did take photo's for day 15 and 16 and they are no where to be found!! They aren't on my camera card or in my lightroom folder. Who knows what happened to them. I did have yesterdays still and of course todays. The photo from yesterday is my cat Buddy. yeah he looks upset, but he looks that way 99% of the time. We've had him since he was born and he will be 8 in April.


Now for my day 18 photo. My camera ham girl! I killed 2 birds with one stone with it. My 365 photo and a layout I needed to get done for Jennifer Barrette. She's got this great new collab out with Angie Kovacs called Day Dream Believer that can be found at Elemental Scraps.
